GLOBAL GUCCI MERCHANDISING SR MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE)

　　 COTY LUXURY- RETAIL EXPERIENCE TEAM

　　Within the global Retail Experience team, you will lead the development of Gucci Beauty Store Design concept, defining guidelines and fixtures catalogue, supporting worldwide VM teams to design, develop and install permanent spaces. Working hand in hand with Global Trade Marketing, Marketing, Digital, Education teams, but also with Gucci Fashion House, you will be responsible to define a great consumer experience based on the Brand strategy.

　　 RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our Merchandising Senior Manager, you will report to the Senior Merchandising Director and will lead a team of Project Managers.

　　Your main focus :

　　Work with Trade Marketing to follow an ambitious roll-out plan and make sure each project follows the commercial requests of each Market; Work with Marketing and 360 team to keep the instore concept up to date, making sure it reflects the Brand strategy (including instore initiatives such as art of wrapping, customization services, MUP services, ...); Work with a highly demanding Fashion House and designers to capture the Brand vision into the instore concept, defining the consumer journey and the fixtures catalogue merging local commercial needs and FH requirements; Lead the collaboration with the design agencies and suppliers from creative brief to prototyping and production; Manages the niche collection The Alchemist's Garden in terms of instore image (both permanent and temporary) working with 360 teams to design and deploy new launches toolboxes; Support local Markets in the design of new beauty boutiques/counters/fixtures making sure they are compliant with guidelines and FH high quality standards: from design, to technical drawings check, to supplier's visits and installations; Keep constantly updated the full and detailed permanent and semi-permanent merchandising guidelines in collaboration with external agencies and suppliers; Ensure constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication; Lead a team of Project Managers balancing workload and responsabilities.

　　 YOU ARE A COTY FIT

　　You are a solid team player and proactive, you have strong management skills, you have strong team management experience, you have a cost-oriented mindset, have knowledge of retailers, shoppers, competitors and customers , and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

　　Have 5-8 years previous relevant experience preferably in luxury beauty with global scope Have a university graduate/ Business School degree / Creative background Are fluent in English and French. Italian is a plus. Are proficient with Microsoft Office Are creative software (Photoshop/Sketchup in priority)
