ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER CDI H/F

　　As our Engineering Project Manager, you are responsible for increasing and improving production facilities of Chartres' plant, by deploying the master plan of the site, from a portfolio of existing projects.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　You will be part of the team in charge of industrial projects, including site new technologies deployment. In addition, your role will also cover responsibility for the project management process.

　　To successfully achieve these diverse missions, you will work closely with many interfaces: plant operations (warehouse, packing, maintenance), plant support functions (safety, quality, finance), plant development functions (supply chain packaging, innovation), corporate business functions (R&D packaging, marketing, innovation leaders), corporate technical functions (global engineering, global HSE) and external partners.

　　You will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of fragrance production projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

　　 Your main focus :

　　Project planning & coordination on project related to new products introduction, investment to deliver flows & packing master plan and to achieve safety, quality and productivity improvements Risk Management & Budget oversight (CAPEX) by planning spendings and building forecast of project spending with finance team Communication on your projects within the company from operators to stakeholders and outside the company with vendors & partners Timeline management Deploying engineering standards and being a trusted contributor in continuous improvement, project management, coaching & developing operational teams and making projects visible.

　　YOU ARE A COTY FIT

　　You like to manage projects and ensure the success criteria from the projects are reached. As an experienced Engineering Project Manager, you proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

　　Have an Engineer degree / 5+ years industrial & operation experience and excellent level in English Are great at communicating, presenting data to different members of the organization, you have a good capacity to interact with various stakeholders Have a Project management background (proven project & change management experience) and excellent organizational skills, rigor and attention to details Are flexible, Have Leadership and a capacity to Adaptability
