About Global Talent Acquisition Analytics Director

  WHAT YOU'LL DO

  As part of our recruiting transformation, we are continuously developing and adapting our use of data science and analytics across our Talent Acquisition (TA) function. BCG has an ambitious agenda to deliver a bionic talent model, enabled by technology and a personal touch to remain competitive in attracting and retaining the best diverse talent for BCG.

  As the Global Talent Acquisition Analytics Director, you will be a strategic leader who plays a critical role in delivering actionable and high impact insights to continuously drive BCG towards achieving our business goals. You will partner closely with TA and People team leaders across BCG, our Agile Product Portfolio Teams, Finance, Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A), and other teams to determine the right KPIs and produce regular actionable insights & analysis. You will develop the long-term TA analytics strategy and vision including predictive analytics to drive specific recruiting decisions. You will work with our dedicated resources in the People Analytics team to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms and with our HR/Data Agile Product Portfolio Teams to build systems infrastructure required to collect and analyse recruiting data.

  YOU'RE GOOD AT

  Drive and deliver functional thought leadership of Talent Acquisition analytics

  Define analytics & insight strategy for TA at BCG, maintaining a broad set of KPIs with input and buy-in from both business and TA stakeholders

  Work with our dedicated TA Data and Analytics resources in the broader People Analytics team to design and develop required dashboards, reports and analysis, including identifying ways to continuously improve the quality of our data and information

  Use these dashboards plus your experience and analytical skills to produce the 'so what' of data and trends, giving actionable insights for our business

  Proactively plan for development of new methodologies for how the recruiting industry measures success, through piloting / testing across BCG, appropriate research partnerships, industry peers and analytics/data vendors

  Own definition and stakeholder alignment for new or adapted metrics and reporting such as quality of hire and pipeline strength

  Maintain a prioritised roadmap for both basic and advanced analytics requirements, including driving to predictive modelling as part of our bionic talent model

  Drive large-scale implementation of a new Candidate ATS and CRM and ensure long-term stability

  Manage the end-to-end functional delivery of the TA Analytics roadmap as it relates to and is enabled by the large-scale implementation of BCG's new ATS and CRM platforms

  Steer the recruiting transformation program from the Analytics lens, managing and delivering on the program plan in close collaboration with functional leadership, Data engineers and architects, and PMO

  Apply Agile working methodologies to ensure realistic work product and prioritisation, and timely delivery against the larger program timelines

  As a data domain owner for Candidate & Recruiting data, partner with the Data Governance team to steer key data management activities and priority data initiatives to advance the E2E data strategy for the domain

  Understand functional and business data needs and be accountable for reporting production

  Define reporting cadence and formats, taking into account the varied needs and existing reporting across BCG teams and businesses today

  Be accountable for delivering executive reporting across Talent Acquisition (e.g. monthly reports to senior business leadership), including alignment of this reporting with other BCG teams globally

  Work with broader People program teams and (e.g. performance, attrition) to align on definitions and where required, provide metrics for standard reports produced by these teams

  Collaborate with recruiting leaders and managers across BCG as well as our AgileWorks Product Portfolio Teams to ensure that recruiting data is available, consistent, accurate and complete

  Lead stakeholder engagement / buy-in across Talent Acquisition and people analytics network

  Run the Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics functional leadership committee (FLC) with representatives from across BCG, working to ensure strategic and practical alignment across teams involved in Analytics for TA

  Where needed, present to the Talent Acquisition Senior Leadership Team, MDPs and / or broader BCG governance groups to ensure buy-in for Talent Acquisition reporting and to share actionable insights from data analytics

  Engage with broader BCG teams across AgileWorks, Finance and BI&A to ensure TA data and analytics strategy and reporting is aligned with broader BCG data usage

  YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  University degree in science, technology, business or a related field

  Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Analytics, MBA or related field preferred

  Significant functional experience in Talent Acquisition and / or People Analytics or equivalent, with hands-on expertise in data visualization and reporting as well as problem-solving skills

  Strong communication and influencing skills including developing and presenting insights and business cases to senior leaders

  Experience with using HCM/recruiting systems, data visualisation (e.g. Tableau) and partnering with IT teams / vendors to develop new analytics platforms

  Experience in managing large-scale projects by working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams

  Experience with working in virtual teams across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures across the world.

  YOU'LL WORK WITH

  You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, who provide centre of excellence services to our TA delivery teams across BCG. You will work with a combined team of data scientists, insights managers and analysts in our Global People Analytics team, where we have capacity dedicated to Talent Acquisition. You will also work with our Talent Acquisition and AgileTribe leadership as peers and service providers.
