Global Senior Product Manager – Electrolyzer

　　Description

　　At our Oevel site in Belgium, Cummins is developing innovative Electrolyzer technologies that can generate hydrogen for various applications with zero emissions - contributing to a safe and healthy environment for future generations.

　　We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team. The role will report to the Electrolyzers Program Director.

　　Your tasks:

　　Lead the global product management for Accelera’s HyLYZER 500 & HyLYZER 1000 PEM Electrolyzer products.

　　Ensure successful introduction of strategic product lines for Electrolyzers through New Product Development programs, serving global markets and various segments and applications.

　　Take accountability for the full product life-cycle management of the H500 & 1000.

　　Develop and present Value Package Profile (VPP) for assigned products through internal and external VOC’s.

　　Cultivate a product owner mindset, improving the product value proposition by understanding market critical attributes (MCA’s) and customer needs.

　　Drive standardization plans for the two products, ensuring clear first-fit product costs to enhance overall profitability.

　　Collaborate with multiple regions, segments, and internal/external stakeholders to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.

　　Support product-related initiatives driven by regions and segments.

　　Availability for regular business trips (up to 50% of working time).

　　Your profile:

　　College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical, or related subject required. MBA preferred.

　　Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

　　Strong teamwork and networking skills.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

　　Exceptional communication skills: adept at developing and delivering multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences.

　　Self-motivated, takes ownership, and capable of starting new processes from scratch.

　　Experience in working with continuous process improvement.

　　Flexible and open to change.

　　Critical and strategic thinking.

　　Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
