Interlochen Center for the Arts is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team. The School Bus Driver will be responsible for driving a variety of vehicles, including buses, vans, and cars to transport students, faculty, guests, candidates, and performers around campus and to off-site locations. 　　Essential Duties:

　　Safely operate various vehicles, adhering to traffic rules, regulations, and Interlochen's safety protocols.Transport students, faculty, guests, candidates, and performers to and from designated locations, both on and off campus.Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, and supplies as needed.Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and trip logs.Adhere to schedules and routes, adjusting for traffic and weather conditions as necessary.Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and passengers, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, both inside and out.Follow Interlochen's guidelines for handling emergencies and incidents during transportation.Collaborate with the Transportation team to optimize route efficiency and provide input on operational improvements.Adhere to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, on-call, and holidays, as transportation needs may vary.
