The position summary:

Responsible for oversight and development of the Global Logistics operation and strategy. Covering all third-party logistics providers (3PL) and company-owned warehouses to drive best-in-class operational metrics related to finished goods and raw materials. Oversee all inventories location. Translates business needs and priorities into logistics strategies and programs that drive growth and customer service while reducing costs. Identify and implement best practices in all aspects of logistics.

What you will be doing:

Global logistics quality

Set Key Performance Indicators and monitoring dashboards

Managing internal QBR

Issuing periodically and executive reports

Writing working procedures and design processes

Train, implement, and monitor working procedures

Inventory Management

Oversighting all inventory organizations worldwide

Periodically monitoring inventory health and integrity

Overall management of inventory counts, defining processes, training, and implement

Global Commercial Management

Led TPL RFPs worldwide

Contract management

Monitoring the logistics global expenses

Perform market analysis, pricing comparisons, and commercial negotiations

Led strategic initiatives for cost reduction

Logistics Information System

Oversight of all WMS applications worldwide and the equivalent modules in Oracle

Focal point for all logistics module projects

Leading system’s interface projects

Logistics Innovation

Develop and lead innovative programs, seek after world-class practices, build strong relationships with market leaders, and manage implementation projectsMust have for this role:

Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain management or equivalent or similar discipline and a minimum of 10 years in logistics required

Experience with Third Party Logistics provider selection

Experience working with ERP software and customer service required; Oracle preferred

Experience with lean thinking and processes

Nice to have:

Logistics network optimization and design

Experience integrating merger and acquisition activity into the existing logistics network

Experience leading a distribution center or third-party logistics site

Travel required:
