You will work closely with the CDO Office and other global stakeholders to define and guide the global effort to activate digital solutions across the whole organization by definition and implementation of target architectures of custom and MACH solutions along with modern application platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.). You will also ensure that the architectures adhere to the best practices of data privacy and security.Role & Responsibility*Delivery of enterprise architecture for digital transformation

　　Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, frameworks, and roadmaps that support the business objectives and enable innovationCollaborate with business and IT leaders to understand the current and future needs and challenges and provide architectural guidance and recommendationsLead and facilitate the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that integrate various systems, platforms, and technologies, and ensure alignment with the target architecturesEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance the business capabilities and performanceEffective enterprise architecture governance

　　Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related rolesProven track record of designing and delivering complex and scalable enterprise solutions using custom solutions as well as SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other platformsStrong knowledge and experience in AI, cloud, data, and integration technologies and architecturesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to balance trade-offs and manage conflictsCertifications in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF, are preferredCertifi ations in SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, or other platforms are preferredAs a part of the Doosan Group, which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide, the company offers its customers products and solutions to help build stronger businesses and communities.
