　　JOB DESCRIPTION:

　　Harvesting cherries, apples, and pears Pruning of fruit treesTraining of fruit trees

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Three (3) months of agricultural working experience with tree fruit based on jobseeker statements.Able to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.Are available to commit to the entire length of the contract.Are able and available to work the entire length of the contract.

　　HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: Contract period: February 6, 2024, to November 14, 2024.  6 hrs a day Monday-Friday and 5 hrs on Sat

　　SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: all piece rate work will be paid at the prevailing piece rate with a minimum of $19.25 an hour guaranteed.

　　Cherries:

　　 *Red Cherry Harvest: $6.30 per 30-pound lug

　　 * Yellow Cherry Harvest: $4. 20 lb lug

　　Pears: Per Bin (47-inch X 47-inch X 24 ½ inch bin)

　　 * All Cultivations: $25.04 

　　Apples: Per Bin (47-inch X 47-inch X 24 ½ inch bin)

　　 * All cultivations $28.26

　　Honey Crisp: $31.76  

　　The payroll period shall be bi-weekly.
