　　Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.

　　Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM

　　Description:

　　We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Loading and Unloading of Rail Carts in the Warehousing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently loading and unloading rail carts to ensure the smooth flow of goods within our facility. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Load and unload rail carts using appropriate equipment and techniques

　　Inspect each cart before loading or unloading to ensure it is in good condition

　　Secure cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transportation

　　Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move goods

　　Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

　　Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow

　　Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of goods received or shipped

　　Requirements:

　　Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred

　　Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

　　Knowledge of proper loading and unloading techniques

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
