  The Transition Senior Analyst will hold a position within the GBS Transition Team. This role will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of transitions across the multi-functional GBS organization. The role is primarily responsible for supporting Transition team leadership with planning, executing, and stabilizing transitions within the GBS organization, both on time and budget. This role will involve working globally with internal and external key stakeholders e.g., GBS, retained WBD organizations and outsource partners.

  Job Responsibilities

  Transition Planning & Execution - Plan and execute WBD GBS transitions across multiple functions and global locations according to the GBS transition methodology and playbook. Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Ensure all transition tollgates have been met and operations are stabilized before transition shutdownWorkshop Participation - Participate in workshops with executive leadership to develop transition scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets in line with GBS transition methodology and playbookLiaise With Transition Support Functions - Ensure staffing and infrastructure is in place to effectively execute transition. Liaise with Human Resources on staffing impacts and technology and facilities for infrastructure and access set-up. Transition Status Updates - Keep all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress. Build close rapport with key internal stakeholders and clients. Create reports and presentations to keep executive leadership up to date on transition schedule, budget, and status. Support daily/weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss issues.Transition Issue Management & Resolution - Support resolution of transition-related issues and risks. Provide guidance and direction transition participants across the organization.

  JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  Work Experience

  Minimum 3 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with at least part

  of that time working in a global shared services organizationExperience with large scale, high visibility business process transitionsExperience participating in projects/teams across various global locationsExperience driving process improvementCombination of experience in both accounting ERP systems and management information systemsSAP usage or SAP design/implementation experience preferredInternational experience required

  Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

  Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Technology, Human Resources) required

  Knowledge/Skills

  Strong problem solving and interpersonal skillsStrategic and pragmatic with the ability to carry an idea through executionStrong planning, organization and analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skillsResults oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectivesAbility to interact professionally (written and verbal) with GBS Customers and all levels of WBD management and staff and outside vendorsAbility to work in a fast-paced matrixed environmentAbility to assess and measure impact and to prioritize accordinglyAbility to build confidence and trust with internal and external constituencies and history of providing excellent customer serviceDemonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountabilityStrong project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines; demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverablesCompetency with Process Improvement methodologies and tools e.g., Six Sigma, Lean etc.Willingness and ability to travel internationally
