It is managerial development program and intensive preparation for a business management role in duration of 9 to 12 months. Main intention is to provide you permanent Key Account Manager position upon successful completion of the program. As a build from within company, we find our Trainees the best pipeline of talent for our permanent positions.

  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE PROGRAM:

  You will be integral part of our Key Account Team: You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom. You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes. You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (online, hypermarkets, supermarkets, drug stores among others). During the program you will:

  Be externally focused, on national key Customers or online retailers getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to negotiations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations

  Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving and merchandising strategies

  Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements

  Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding

  Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results

  You’ll expand your knowledge based on personal experiences with industry experts and great managers who will invest in your development. Through the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, and develop your understanding of what it means to be a leader. All of that as part of a team in which trust, team spirit, passion for winning and leadership are very important.

  Job Qualifications

  THIS IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU:

  Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties

  Have interest, passion and motivation for a career in SalesAre fluent in Slovak and/or Czech and English (written and spoken)

  Have a drivers' licence (and are active driver)

  Are available to work min. 24 hours/week for 9 to 12 months

  Have very strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills

  Have ability to grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change

  Enjoy working with diverse organizations and teams and have strong collaboration skills

  No experience is required, however initial understanding and exposure gathered via engagement in e.g. student organizations, volunteering, internships, education, courses etc. or strong interest in the area will be considered as an advantage
