Job Description
As Relationship Manager for Elavon you are expected to take full responsibility for building up, grow, maintain and improve relationships with our existing Partner network, as well as sourcing for new prospective partners and direct business. This includes setting clear expectations and objectives (short-and long-term) and together with internal stakeholders follow through our ambitious goals. This includes:
Continuously develop and own the full relationship with assigned Partners.
Responsibility of maintaining our current Partner network and building up relations with new strategic Partners in the region.
Manage, understand and negotiate pricing models with Partners and Merchants.
Drive prospect sales against Partners for POS and E-comm
Responsibility to attract new Partners and newdirect saleswithin the region.
Responsibility of leading Partners/Customer meetings, making presentations and follow up, as well as negotiate customer agreements and close the deal.
Responsibility for finding tender opportunities and take direction on each case, both internally and externally.
Support Partners with continuous visits, presentations and jointnegotiationstowards Merchants.
Take responsibility for entire onboarding chain and activation of leads referred by partner, and direct won business.
Support partners in administration and product enhancing requests.
Support Elavon admin/support team with various administrative issues in application/boarding process.
Be a strong spokesperson for Elavon products.
Take action when needed and perform telemarketing against Merchants in-order to create new business leads/opportunities.
Requirements:
Being in the office 3 times per week
Microsoft office skills.
Min 2 years of sales and RM experience.
Fluent inSwedishand English, speaking and writing.
Understanding Danish and Norwegian language.
Drivers license required.
