Analyst IV, Business Systemswanted by Crowley Maritime Corporation, Jacksonville, FL. _Job Responsibilities:_ Establish relationships among key stakeholders and act as a liaison during the design, management and implementation of business information system and process changes. Coordinate with IT project teams to communicate business priorities, translate business requirements into technical requirements and identify appropriate solutions. Research, define, document and translate business needs and objectives into system requirements that can be converted into applications, with a focus on meeting cost, quality and iterative value delivery standards. Facilitate regular requirement gathering and design sessions with user community and communicate expectations to the development team. Negotiate innovative business solutions that satisfy customer needs, are consistent with architectural guidelines, and conform to security standards. Work with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing. Provide consultative support on business-led technology initiatives. _Job Requirements:_ Must have a Bachelor's degree inComputer Science or a related field or a related discipline, plus five (5) years of progressive experience in any occupationwhich includes the required experience and skills. Experience must include: 5 years of experience in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures; 5 years of experience with system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards; 3 years of experience in API analysis using anyone or a combination of tools such as Postman or SoapUI; and 3 years of experience acting as a product owner in an enterprise agile environment. Travel requirement: 5% domestic travel required.
