Griswold Home Care is hiring a Full-time CNA to care for an independent male Quadriplegic to perform private duty nursing in an in-home setting. Some traveling on weekends required. Pets in the home. A little about the client: Mid-aged male quadriplegic. He lives in a nice home in south Fargo and has two early teen children part time. He’s looking for help to keep himself living at home and independent as possible. He needs reliability to get up early and stick to a daily routine. Required tasks include: · Medication assistance · Bowel Program · Turning and repositioning · Single person transfers from bed to electric wheelchair or vice versa (with a ceiling lift) · Personal hygiene · Pressure ulcer pr Promote Skin Integrity · Assist with Range of Motion Exercises · Facilitate Communication · Promote Independence and Self-Care · Collaborate with Rehabilitation Team · Scheduling other staff · Supply orders · Attend outings · Meal prep, feeding assistance Benefits include: · Health insurance after 60 days · On the job training · Traveling Pay starting at $20 per hour for qualified Certified Nursing Assistant.
