JobSummary: The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupationaltherapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing,and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors or Master\'s degree from an accreditedOccupational Therapy program is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WIstate license as an Occupational Therapist is required. American HeartAssociation (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days. RN/OT/PT/SLPpreferred.
