Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an open position in the Westerville, Ohio area for a skilled Tax Preparer. You will be performing essential Tax Preparer duties such as managing simple and complex State and Federal tax returns for individual and small business. 　　What you get to do every single day

　　Review and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Furnish the Tax software application with appropriate data

　　Support clients by gathering mandatory information/documents

　　Accomplish other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

　　Take care of clients with incoming calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments

　　Formulate transaction tax returns manually utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Requirements

　　Can work independently with minimal supervision

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Tax Solution Drake Software

　　Tax Preparation experience preferred

　　General familiarity with Partnership Tax Returns

　　Tax Preparer experience

　　Strong familiarity with Tax Preparation

　　Well-founded grasp of Corporate Tax Return

　　Proven knowledge of Individual Tax Return

　　UltraTax knowledge preferred

　　Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
