Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity within a fast-paced environment. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you'll be tasked with a variety of accounting and administrative duties, including processing payroll, managing billings, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the processing of payroll and billing on a monthly basis

• Manage the processing and payment of bills

• Oversee monthly and quarterly billings for over 15 companies

• Prepare monthly financial summary reports and year-end reporting

• Maintain internal filing systems and manage data cleanup

• Process bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations for 12-15 accounts

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, manipulation, and allocation fees

• Use Sage Intact for the preparation of financial statements

• Handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for appropriate action

• Ensure the accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintenance of customer credit records Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to assist with the Annual Budget

• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
