You'll manage financial records, oversee multiple entities, and ensure accurate, timely payroll. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Full Charge Bookkeeping: Manage financial records and processes for multiple entities. Prepare and analyze financial reports, perform reconciliations and journal entries, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations. Utilize QuickBooks effectively.

　　Payroll: Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Process transactions, manage benefits, reconcile accounts, maintain employee records, and prepare reports. Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations.

　　Additional Responsibilities: Monitor subsidiary accounts, manage GL accounts and files, communicate effectively, troubleshoot software, supervise payroll backup, reconcile transactions, calculate sales tax pre-payments, perform month-end closing, manage credit cards, audit accounts, supervise timing functions and cross-train staff, prepare government reports, and complete other CFO-assigned duties.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

　　5+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping or similar role.

　　Proven experience with payroll processing and tax regulations.

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

　　Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

　　Ability to work independently and take initiative.

　　Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　Familiarity with governmental accounting standards a plus.
