As a key support to our Human Resources team as well as our diverse and multi-cultural LCC community, this position often serves as the face or voice of first impression to our community. This position maintains employee data entry in the College HR Information System (Banner) by gathering and organizing all electronic and paper materials to support and complete data entry. The individual in this position must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy.
