We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 96-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Our Community Life Coordinatorsbecomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled NursingCommunity. In this position you will assist Community LifeDirector in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident.Duties include: Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintaincompliance. Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner. Actively participate in Community Life department and other required meetings. Participate in Care Conferences. Provide individual programming determined by resident preference and need. Maintain Community Life department and other community supplies and equipment. Work with volunteers as assigned by CL Department Supervisor. Develop monthly wellness and community life wellness calendar to meet the needs and preferences of residents. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in health care preferred.
