The Product Owner Proxy will ensure they understand stakeholder requirements, the proposed product solution, and the definition of success. Since context of this support will be classified, candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Engage with directly with product stakeholders, possess a deep understanding of product requirementsAssist stakeholders and product development teams in determining if delivered product solutions are meeting their requirements; facilitate necessary documentation for government engagement with product development teamsCommunicate government defined product visions to the product development teams and production stakeholdersDevelop use cases and user stories as requestedDevelop and maintain product backlogsOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudicationBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or related fields.Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholdersExperience leading teams developing solutions to complex problemsSelf-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills in fast paced, collaborative environmentDesired Qualifications:Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or related fieldsExperience using JIRA and ConfluenceExperience representing government requirements to commercial software developersExperience managing contract deliverablesExperience with working in agile software development environmentsProfessional certifications in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Agile Leadership (CAL)Global CompThis represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.Closing StatementRiverside Research Institute is a not-for-profit, technology-oriented defense company, where service to our customers and support of our staff is our overall mission.
