The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Front of House Supervisor

As a Front of House Supervisor, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests.

You are the first point of contact for our guests: From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell, you are there for our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

All work with the OPERA hotel system

Acceptance of telephone calls and any correspondence with guests

Cash activities including currency exchange

Ensuring smooth workflows throughout the front desk area

Check-in and check-out by our guests

Shift management in the early and late shift in the absence of the manager

Organization of departmental meetings

Carrying out trainings

Compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards

Your Qualifications:

Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry

Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility

Professional communication skills and appearance

resilience, teamwork and flexibility

Quality awareness

A gift for paying attention to the smallest details

excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous

knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
