　　JOB SUMMARY

　　SV Hotel, based in Düsseldorf and Dübendorf (CH), is a successful franchisee of the global Marriott brand and today manages 20 hotels in Germany and Switzerland under the four brands Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn Marriott, Renaissance and Moxy. SV Hotel has also launched its own brand, Stay KooooK. – Professional sales and support of individual and group bookings for all hotel brands in the portfolio via e-mail, ticket system and telephone, as well as via chats and extranet – Processing of reservation requests for groups (including quotation according to strategy, offer preparation, group preparation, invoicing and feedback discussions with customers) – Deposits, guarantees and cancelations in accordance with the credit policy – Processing of no-shows, late cancellations and pre-charges

　　You are a team player and want to be successful together with us – You enjoy dealing with international guests and are a hotelier with heart and soul – You have completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry – You are fluent in written and spoken German, English and French – Opera PMS, Opera Sales & Catering and MARSHA knowledge are an advantage
