As our secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our office. You will greet and assist clients as they come into and call our office, and you will direct them to the best staff member to further help them. You will be in charge of maintaining our calendar and client records. You will also be available to assist other staff members when you are not otherwise occupied.

This position is paid hourly. The work day starts at 8 and ends at 4:30, with 30 minutes for lunch and two additional 15 minutes breaks.We will train you on site before you assume full duties.
