Description

We are in search of a Part-time Accountant to join our team in Murphy, Texas. This role involves managing accounts payables and receivables for a manufacturing firm and would be approximately 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist with reconciliations

• Generate monthly financial statements

• Communicate with ownership on any/all accounting issues

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• Intermediate Excel abilities required

• Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a must

• Strong abilities to process A/P and A/R

• Experience in Financial Statement Preparation is required

• Knowledge of Cost Accounting and/or Project Accounting is a plus
