Job Description Summary

　　Provides FP&A SG&A/ functional cost planning and analysis excellence for Corporate Holdings. Reports to the FP&A Leader and is responsible for the SG&A processes to deliver on planning sessions, forecasts/estimates and provides variance analysis.

　　Responsible for the SG&A/functional cost of Corporate Holding.Partners with Leadership to drive financial performance and deliver on commitments.Takes the lead on developing Budget/Forecasts/Estimates related to the functional costs and provides financial analysis and insight in support of business decision-making needs including evaluation of major risks and opportunities.Builds strong relationship with SLT and controllership and act as the main contact for functional related costs.Prepares monthly analytics with emphasis on the drivers of the functional cost and tracks relevant metrics including impact on cash flow.Develops and prioritizes key functional cost initiatives and drives/monitors execution.Support the FP&A Leader in the coordination and delivery of close analysis and delivery of the various planning sessions.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting3 years Finance experienceSuperior analytical ability with excellent process skills, prior GE FP&A experience (or similar) strongly beneficialStrong negotiation and persuasion skills to push through challenging targets and decisions.Dynamic interpersonal skills / strong communication skills; ability to interface across all levels of an organization.Strong project management skillsUS GAAP accounting backgroundProficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
