　　BASIC PURPOSE :

　　The Food Service Analyst will support the Food Service Department with reporting and analytical needs as required. This individual will contribute to the vision for setting expectations and delivery of future reporting and analytical functions. This person will interact with internal and external Franchise Partners, Vender Partners and internal Loves department personnel as well as the field community at Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores. This position will require this person to become the subject matter expert for food service reporting systems and food service financials.

　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Preparing presentations and analytical data for category level and department level

　　Receive and Track Payments for Rebate Programs

　　Allocate Payments as Necessary

　　Produce Monthly Sales Reports

　　Produce Weekly ScoreCard Reports

　　Produce Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Trend Reports around seasonal food service products and promotions

　　Create Return on Investment Reporting for Food Service Projects

　　Create Sales Projection Reports relative to our Private Food Brand

　　Assist in Overview of Food Service contracts both new and existing

　　Other Duties As Assigned

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Education:

　　HS Diploma or equivalent required

　　College Degree in Business Related Major preferred and/or 5 years equivalent work experience

　　Experience:

　　In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Foodservice Pricebook Applications to include Manthan

　　Proven Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques

　　Retalix Enterprise and Par Brink/Data Central Food Service Systems a plus

　　Proven experience with troubleshooting principles and issue resolution techniques
