If you're motivated to give our clients a more positive quality of life we encourage you to apply today!Responsibilities* Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client* Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run* Conduct training on specific treatment goals* Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs* Communicate with the Director of Waiver Services on a regular basis* Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress* Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysisQualifications* Must be currently licensed in applicable state or certified (BCBA)* Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or Behavior Analysis* Willingness to learn and follow the clinic's standards of practice* Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office* Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and assessments/reassessmentsAbout our Line of BusinessSpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a holistic approach and integrates care for people with cognitive, developmental or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
