　　Active LVN license is required , however no experience in the home health field is necessary

　　Case details : LVN is to provide total medical care for a G tube and Trach dependent pediatric client. LVN must be comfortable communicating with doctors and nurses on a daily basis for order updates to patients plan of care. Routine DME cleaning to be done on patients supplies. Daily charting is completed and turned into the office daily/weekly.

　　Schedule: Monday- Friday

　　Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

　　Paid Training : Our office provides One on One Hands on Training with skilled Homecare Nurse in the home and 24/7 support from assigned clinical RN.

　　-Hands on one on one patient orientation/ shadowing with another skilled nurse

　　-skills lab with G tube, trach, demonstration, comps on cpt vest, cough assist machine, ventilator training

　　-Online CEU/ICE paid modules (LVN license credits available)

　　General Hiring Orientation

　　Pay : $ 28.00 per hour

　　Bonuses -

　　$500.00 quick start bonus- payable after first 30 billable days without call offs. Hiring requirements must also be completed after first 7 days of hiring.

　　$250 Referral Bonus- Refer an LVN to work homecare (Payable after nurse works. Min work period may apply)
