Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing,sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada.This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Work shift: M-F (8 am - 5 pm); flexible
Food service, also known on premise selling, will service existingaccounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate newbusiness for recreation and retail customers.
Responsibilities\* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drivecustomer satisfaction through superior service and execution\* Acquire new Food Service accounts via leads, cold-calling and otherstrategic selling solutions\* Negotiate contracts for new business, Renew current customercontracts\* Utilize pricing architecture to drive profitability\* Analyze Customer information using IRI and Nielsen to identify andexpand business opportunities\* Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless executionof logistics\* Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the townPepsi Blue
Compensation and Benefits:\* The expected compensation range for this position is between\$53,900 - \$84,050 based on a full-time schedule.\* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will beconsidered in setting actual starting salary\* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% ofannual salary paid out quarterly.\* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.\* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefitspackage to support our employees and their families, subject toelections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Healthand Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program(EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined ContributionRetirement Plan
Qualifications\* A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience (preferred)\* Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience\* Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience (preferred)\* Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically\* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work inthe United States.
