　　Responsibilities

　　Ability to repair, maintain, inspect, and service commercial food service equipment

　　Follow local and state building codes

　　Maintain current knowledge of OSHA Rules and Regulations

　　Ensure safety compliance standards are met with company and client

　　Perform repair and maintenance issues in a timely manner

　　Changing lightbulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks

　　Plumbing work including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs

　　Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods

　　Ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping maintenance room in neat condition

　　Follow up on work orders to confirm work is completed

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 1-2years ofexperience in general maintenance and food service equipment repair for a commercial facility required

　　Associate's degree in refrigeration preferred but not required

　　HVAC Ceritifications

　　EPA licensed to work with refrigerant

　　Previous experience with kitchen appliances a plus

　　Must be able to communicate well with vendors and internal team members

　　Experience sourcing and purchasing parts and supplies from distributors

　　Flexible schedule for game days

　　Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

　　Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

　　Constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

　　Standing and walking 100% of the time

　　Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
