The Coordinator - Marketing Communications supports the Marketing department by producing new marketing content, reporting, and analysis of data for marketing purposes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages multiple internal and external marketing projects and deadlines.Drafts and edits content for web, marketing collateral, and trade publications as needed.Tracks, schedules and measures results from consumer and trade media and advertising.Works closely with print shop regarding print deadlines, deliverables and quotes.Assists with press releases and media relations activities.Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field1+ years of previous marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceOccasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet applicationsStrong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clientsAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting#LI-JW1
