　　Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for seasonal Food Safety Supervisors to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will implement and document internal controls focusing on the safety of food products at Busch Stadium. You will help ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our associates and guests are kept safe.

　　Responsibilities

　　Assist in overseeing the quality and food safety programs, including implementation, training associates, and documentation.

　　Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event.

　　Monitor general cleaning tasks in all work areas.

　　Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment.

　　Record any issues found during inspections.

　　Partner with the leadership team to share results from inspections; make recommendations when required.

　　All other duties assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Current ServSafe Certification preferred

　　Minimum of 1-year experience in the food safety industry.

　　Previous supervisory experience preferred.

　　Intermediate computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, and e-mail required.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

　　Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Standing and walking for entire length of shift.

　　Work frequently in a hot and damp environment.

　　Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
