Your Role: What you'll be doingAs a ULA Ground Software Configuration Manager, you will work with a highlycollaborative team in an Agile environment while embracing continuouslearning. You will engage with Product Owners, Scrum Masters,architects, CREs, customers, program leadership, and SoftwareDevelopment team members.
More specifically, the responsibilities of the Ground Software ConfigurationManager include:Responsible for providing software and documentation configuration managementand process control support for a broad range of Ground Software andassociated documentation.Responsible for executing all software configuration management activities perthe software configuration management plan in accordance with the programspolicies, practices, and requirements.Specific tasks include using software package audit tools, managing GSWbaselines, and supporting organizational process teams.Establishes and manages tool-specific software libraries as required.Performs and documents all required builds to ensure reproducible softwareconfiguration baselines.Executes release and change control functions using the designated softwareconfiguration management system/tool to ensure software product integrityand meet program schedules.Generates and maintains all necessary program software development, releaseand change records including "as built" and status accounting records.Performs software configuration management Configuration Control Boardactivities which include, but are not limited to, establishing theagenda, recording approvals/non-approvals, and publishing andmaintaining action item lists.
Your Background: What education and experience you'll needRequires a bachelor's degree and 4 - 8 years of experience.

A Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering,Mathematics), or a related technical field from an accredited college oruniversity is required.Four years of directly related exempt work experience may be used to satisfythe bachelor's degree requirement.Operational knowledge of build pipeline tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab,Bamboo, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, etc.) and techniques requiredfor building and delivering software.Experience with Linux-based operating systemsExperience with C++Demonstrated communication abilities and ability to explain configurationmanagement topics to both non-technical and technical staff.Experience with object-oriented designs and languagesAbility to work with various organizations and different requirements andgoals to provide common solutions and support as needed.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)$109,510 - $171,096
