　　This role will be responsible for leading the NAM Region inside sales team and requires on-site presence in Charlotte, NC.

　　Roles and Responsibilities

　　Lead Inside Sales staff of 25 plus personnel located in both Charlotte and remote locations.

　　Guide inside sales team members to successfully resolve internal and external customer needs.

　　Coach and develop inside sales team members for continued career growth opportunities.

　　Define inside sales metrics that are connected to the goals and objectives of the business.

　　Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

　　Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.

　　Ability to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.

　　Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

　　Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent

　　Minimum of 3 years in commercial or equivalent function

　　Minimum of 5 years experience leading a medium sized team

　　Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time
