　　Job Summary

　　Under the general direction of the Food Service & Concessions Coordinator, leads concession operations at the RecPlex, Raccoon River Park Softball Complex, Holiday Aquatic Center, and Valley View Aquatic Center. Assists customers and staff while ensuring a high level of food quality within a fast-paced environment; assigns tasks to concession staff; accurately processes and balances transactions; ensures the accuracy and completion of all food and equipment logs; maintains a clean and safe work environment; responsible for training of new concession staff; and assists with assessing inventory and preparing product orders.

　　Requirements Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent plus previous concessions, restaurant, or bar experience is preferred.

　　Additional after hire: First Aid, CPR, AED certification, within 30 days of employment , ServSafe certification, within 30 days of employment, TIPS alcohol server & seller training certification, within 30 days of employment. If designated by department, possession of a valid driver’s license.
