Join us inlowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision ofmillions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.As the Fluids Instrumentation and Routed Systems Manager you will lead a crossfunctional team responsible for 3 key functions of the Fluids and PropulsionTeam, reporting directly to the Fluids Prop Integrated Product Team Manager1.Technical Design - CAD 2. Electrical Instrumentation - pressuretransducers, temperature transducers, heaters, etc. 3. Structural Designand Analysis. Your team will be comprised of engineers with expertise in these3 areas. This position will support all aspects of product and team managementto include accountability and oversight of schedule, risk management, andpersonnel management of a team responsible for hardware design,specification, and integration. We will work with other teams outside theFluids IPT to connect your team members with functional teams to implementbest practices, mentoring and career development of your team members.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadershipskills, and dedication to quality to join our team and positively impactsafe human spaceflight.   Responsibilities include but are not limited toB.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, or related fields5+ years of experience managing projects/programs including managingpriorities, scope, schedule, integration and cost.Outstanding listenerEffective in leading people with variety of technical expertiseExperience in cross functional integrationAble to estimate, plan, schedule and track workEffective working across organizational boundaries and employing influentialleadershipExperience in leading complex highly integrated productsConversational in fluids and propulsion system technical detailsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentwhile regularly providing imaginative and detailed solutions to complexproblemExcellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skillsAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships,and contribute to a culture of inclusionMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (currentGreen...
