Our client, a merchant bank, is seeking a Floating Concierge Assistant to join their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5pm (flex as needed, includes a 30 min break) and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.

　　Responsibilities:Work with the administrative team to handle overflow tasksLeverage a ticketing system to help alleviate the high volume of scheduling Assist with conference room management: order catering, set up space, and greet executives or employeesAssist with expense reportsWork on special projects as requestedQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred2-7+ years of administrative experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience using a ticketing system (whether in hospitality or boutique fitness) a plusApproachable team player with strong ownership over work productCompensation/Benefits:Up to $70-75K base depending on experience + OT + bonusMedical, dental, and vision with small employee contribution401K with match and profit sharing$20/day for lunch when in office; if working past 7pm, $30 dinner stipend and car home15 vacation days, 3 personal days, birthday, 7 sick daysGym onsiteAnniversary/milestone company sponsored tripsTwo remote weeks per yearBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
