　　Job Summary

　　Job involves supervising contractors supporting the US Army's Financial Management Command (FMC) Army Military Pay Offices (AMPO) program. Work will involve overseeing multiple staff and services across CONUS OCONUS locations.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree and at least ten (10) years of experience in managing, staffing, and overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.

　　Experience managing people working from multiple locations and in different time zones.

　　Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

　　Knowledge of DOD administrative processes.

　　Must be a U.S. citizen

　　Must be able to pass a government background check. Secret clearance preferred.

　　Responsibilities/Tasks

　　Responsible for performance of the work

　　Manage workload and ensure support for all tasks

　　Manage Quality Control and monthly reporting.

　　Monitor program and provide recommendations for process improvements

　　Manage staff including interviewing and hiring positions
