The Idaho State Liquor Division team is seeking a full-time Financial Technician who will primarily work in the areas of Accounts Receivable and Banking to analyze, research, and reconcile complex financial documents. This position ensures compliance with laws, rules, and policies and will perform related work.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform banking duties such as drafting money, making deposits, and setting up electronic fund transfer files
· Complete daily and weekly banking reconciliations
· Process claims
· Co-administer the Purchasing Card program
· Identify discrepancies and correct errors
· Maintain logs and develop reports
· Prepare, review and complete financial documents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies for approval
· Utilize Microsoft Office suite and an internal accounting ERP
An understanding of bank/book balance timing is helpful for this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Good knowledge of:
· Financial record keeping
Experience:
· Researching and compiling financial information and preparing summaries and reports
· Using personal computers to enter, retrieve, and edit financial data
