　　NetSuite Specialist

　　Our manufacturing client, located near Ann Arbor, MI, is looking for a NetSuite specialist to join their team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate has previously led a NetSuite implementation, can execute financial/accounting system configuration and can train staff on the business process workflow.

　　The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

　　Assess system configuration deficiencies and modify to achieve synergies

　　Build and activate all standard reports and reporting functionality as well as custom report creation

　　Create business process workflows

　　Enable system functionality such as bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and other standard setup features

　　Provide training to the Finance and Accounting teams on system capabilities, process flows and reporting functions

　　Collaborate with other Company stakeholders, including the NetSuite Administrator

　　Requirements

　　The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:

　　Prior experience with a NetSuite system conversion/implementation

　　Ability to build/create system reports

　　Strong system configuration management skills

　　Solid understanding of finance/accounting business processes

　　Proven mentoring, teaching and training capabilities

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
