Moon Subaru is searching for a talented Used Vehicle Buyer who can help our sales team achieve their targeted goals! If you have a knack for sales and customer service and want to increase your earning potential while improving your quality of life, this is a terrific opportunity!
As a Used Vehicle Buyer, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus.
Position Overview/Area of Responsibility
Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management tools
Utilize computer skills to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
Utilize phone skills and in-person people skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, service customers interested in seeing a value for their vehicle, private sellers sourced through dealership software and current customers in a positive equity situation as identified through the Trade-Up Advantage Program.
Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the BDC Manager or General Sales Manager for further review.
Requires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictate.
Generate leads and create appointments by researching the available used car market
Meet car buying quotas
Understand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas.
