　　The Role

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our finance team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving the financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

　　The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

　　As the FP&A Manager for GPS, you will report directly to the Global Portable and Security Financial Controller. You will be partnering with the GPS Leadership Team and you will be working in close collaboration with the local controllers in order to provide effective analytical insights which will enable the business to continue its development.

　　Primary Accountabilities

　　Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. Provide Monthly and Quarterly Financial reports.

　　Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.

　　Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

　　Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.

　　Drive the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

　　Prepare business cases to support new investment and/or strategic business decisions.

　　Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

　　Develop Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports.

　　Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.

　　Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.

　　Prepare and deliver presentations to Senior Management Team.

　　Work closely with local financial controllers, be the central point of contact between GPS and the European Headquarters.

　　Support the local teams keeping the business compliant during the quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley test processes.
