　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Under the general supervision of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services, the Food & Nutrition Services Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the food services department.

　　Coordinates with clinical services to ensure patient orders are filled, responsible for ordering, inventory, scheduling, cafeteria financial reports, HACCP documentation, assists with cooking, catering and serving, performance evaluations, performance improvement, and performs related duties.

　　Responsible for all departmental production operations in absence of department Director.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

　　Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Service, Management or Health Administration.

　　Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

　　LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

　　Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration or Dietetic Technician Certification preferred.

　　Food Safety Manager Certificate required.
