Summary Financial Services Division - Arlington, VA The selectee of this position serves as a Financial Management Analyst. You will be responsible for managing the financial systems of the agency, to ensure the integrity of the data, security of systems, and efficiency of the agency financial systems. Qualifications GS-12 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 grade level. You may qualify at the GS-0501-12 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of full-time specialized work experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing duties such as: 1) Providing end user support on financial systems or supporting financial system implementations; 2) Providing advice and recommendations on financial aspects of operation, maintenance, and use of financial systems; and 3) Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending changes to the financial operations and/or systems.
