Create billing estimates and educate patients on their financial liability pre-service. 2. Request and secure pre-service collection. 3. High telephone interaction with patients, payers and clinical areas. 4. Electronic worklist. 5. Call center environment. 6. Quality and Productivity expectations * High School diploma required. * Two years experience in medical or insurance billing preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Detail oriented. * Professional customer service skills. * Must be able to sit for 90% of the day. * Bilingual candidates - Spanish, a plus We take great care of careers.
