　　Truleo is hiring for a Financial Controller. You will take on a key leadership role within our finance team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include spearheading and managing a range of accounting and finance tasks, including completing financial statements, designing and implementing financial controls and budgets, performing sales audits, and managing payroll functions. You will be expected to possess the business and financial acumen required to drive key initiatives and areas of opportunity that will consistently and predictably improve the organization's financial performance.

　　What You'll Do

　　Oversee daily financial transactions and activities.

　　Devise strategies that will consistently improve revenue and minimize costs.

　　Develop and maintain all necessary accounting policies and systems.

　　Lead and direct all activities and transactions related to general ledger, sales audit, payables, auditing, tax compliance, and payroll.

　　Perform both planned and ad-hoc analyses as dictated by business needs and financial projections.

　　Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

　　Prepare, review, and report monthly financial statements.

　　Analyze Truleo's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.

　　Maintain financial security at all levels and all times.

　　Consistently monitor internal controls, accurately prepare budgets and forecasts, and strategically manage finance-based business relationships and partnerships.

　　Coordinate and oversee all audit activity.

　　Supervise, guide, train, and assist finance staff.

　　Ensure effective management of department resources.

　　Who You Are

　　You have a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.

　　You have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or financial management.

　　You have at least 2 years experience in a finance leadership role.

　　You have at least 1 year of experience with NetSuite administration and development.

　　You have strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

　　You have or are working toward CPA certification.

　　You have strong working knowledge of AWS cloud solutions and related financial management solutions.

　　You have competitive analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

　　You are able to work collaboratively and communicate complex financial information to non-financial staff.

　　You are highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

　　You have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to work well with others.
