　　The Financial Assistance Specialist:

　　Responsible for identifying ER patients through bedside assessments.

　　Interviewing those that may be eligible for financial and social assistance from community agencies.

　　Act as a liaison between the patient and community agencies.

　　Must be able to work weekends and rotating shifts - Monday through Friday / Tuesday through Saturday.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　High school diploma / Equivalent OR associate degree or higher

　　3 years of Healthcare Customer Service with a high school diploma; 1 year of healthcare customer service with an associate degree.
