POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES Lending Responsibilities Understand, educate, andadvise members of all products available. Complete application processand all necessary support paperwork within federal guidelines/timelines.Educate members on credit union products and services by informingmembers of available financial services including, but not limited tosavings/checking accounts, CDs, IRA\'s, HSA\'s, credit cards, savingsbonds, securities, safe deposit boxes. General Responsibilities Createthe Verve Experience by growing positive relationships with members,representing Verve\'s brand, and living our Patch Values. Promotecooperation with all team members to ensure a team effort and promptmember service. Open member accounts and complete all necessarypaperwork associated with the process. Answer members\' generalinquiries: account balances, rate information, hours or operation,branch locations, ATMs, membership requirements, and products available.Investigate and correct errors on member accounts. Admit members to safedeposit vault (where applicable). Send approval, denial and cancellationletters. Assist the Member Service Team as needed. Maintain aprofessional image of the credit union with every team member and memberinteraction. Successfully register with the Nationwide MortgageLicensing System & Registry. Comply with all aspects of BSA/AML and OFACregulations as related to position. Yearly completion of all on-linecompliance training as defined by Management. Attend required sales,services, and department training classes to enhance skill level.Demonstrate the Credit Union\'s philosophy in all interactions andadhere to Patch Values with members, prospective members, and teammembers. Foster and maintain an atmosphere of solutions, innovation, andcontinuous improvement. Additional duties as assigned. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AA degree in Business Administration or afinancial field desirable or 1-2 years relevant experience; equivalenteducation and experience will be considered. Previous sales experiencerequired. Experience in financial lending preferred. KEY COMPETENCIESExcellent communication skills, proficient business writing, goodpresentation, and verbal ability to effectively respond to members andco-workers.
