　　Position Summary

　　This is an exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Payments Technology(EPT) and be part of a dynamic and fun team with amazing leadership. EPTis a global payments team which provides a wide range of financialplatforms and services. EPT is made of core payment business technologyfunctions including Merchant Solutions, Card Issuing, Digital Wallets,Transfers, Liability Payments and Settlement. EPT facilitates themovement of roughly \$693 trillion through the processing ofapproximately 18.8 billion transactions a year to more than 66 millionconsumer/small business relationships and 2 million wealth managementclients.

　　Key responsibilities include creating the technology roadmap for theproduct, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, andarticulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. Thisrole works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and withthe Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there isalignment. They are developing in the role of a Product Owner,possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understandingof the business or technology domain. Ability to gather and documenttechnical requirements. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicableexperience.

　　* Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog

　　* Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready storiesto load the next 1-2 sprints.

　　* Review and accept stories and make on-the-spot decisions regardingscope and requirements.

　　* Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value isobtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of thebusiness.

　　Banking or regulatory industry experience.

　　Seasoned technical analyst/project manager with experience in paymentsor complex solutions.

　　* Relationship building with business product owner and stakeholders

　　Create the technology roadmap for the product to align with strategicdirection for the business or technology domain

　　* Communicate the product vision and roadmap to technology stakeholdersand the team.

　　Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs andproblems.

　　Create and prioritize work for a team, learning to collaborate withcross-functional teams.

　　Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog

　　Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories toload the next 1-2 sprints by documenting technical requirements.

　　Review and accept stories and make on-the-spot decisions regardingtechnical scope and technical requirements.

　　Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value isobtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of thebus ness.
